After graduating from the University Malaya, Principal Apple Hau begins tutoring and training students as her career. Afterwards, she become a primary school teacher, she saw that many of her students were falling behind in their studies. Due to the huge amount of students in the class, she can only provide the best possible assistance to the kids in a limited time. Subsequently, She became a teacher at a secondary school and met many students who are lacked self-confidence due to the academic difference. Although some children are extremely bright, they eventually gave up studying because they cannot cope up with school work, have family problems, and they even begin to skip school, play truant, and have behaviour issues.

        She discovered that early childhood education is important for shaping a child while teaching in a secondary school.  Despite the protests of her family and friends, she decided to take further Montessori courses.  She the quit from being a secondary school teacher to be a preschool teacher.

        Her family was initially opposed her to be the preschool teacher. They wanted her to be a secondary school government teacher since it was a guaranteed job with a decent income.

She is extremely passionate in early childhood education. The process of educating children makes her feel more alive. It can help children in transforming from ignorance to knowledge, from mischievous to well-behaved children, and from lack of self-confidence to independent. She believes she has gained a lot from it. She has a sense of mission to accomplish that she does not have in other industries.

        Wisely Kids Montessori was established in 2008. There were only 9 students at that time. Although there were only 9 students, the principal still providing an excellent curriculum quality to the children and stayed up late every night to produce her own exercise books.

        Principal Apple Hau wanted to inform parents last October 2008 that the school would be closing the following year, so that parents could start looking for a new school for their children. However, after nine months of hardship, 28 students were unexpectedly enrolled in October. The kindergarten's principal, Apple Hau, is a firm believer in the adage that “God will arrange special rewards, for the people who have deligence, justice, kindness , humanity and sincerity specially to the children as they are very pure and innocent”.

Apple Hau, the principal, has over 20 years of teaching experience. The Montessori is the main teaching method and English is the primary language. We are concerned with the moral development of children. We are concerned about whether children are learning joyfully. We are firm believers that happiness is the most effective motivator for children to learn. Tuition centers and parents all praise our graduates for their excellent grades, good conduct, and outstanding performance, whether in Chinese primary schools, Singapore primary schools, private schools, or international schools.

       To ensure that every child receives the same educational quality, we have implemented a unique management model. The primary responsibility of Principal Apple Hau and CEO Mr. Hoo Chuan Haw is to ensure that educational quality is consistent across all branches. As a result, both of them would visit other branches on a daily basis to inspect the education status of the relevant branches.Furthermore, we have a vice principal system. Each branch has a vice principal with extensive Wisely Education Group experience. Both the principal and the vice principal try to avoid teaching in person because we only have one goal: to confirm that every teacher's teaching method is consistent with Wisely's educational philosophy.

        侯雪萍园长毕业于马来亚大学，毕业后从事补习与培训工作。后来她在小学当老师，发现许多学生的课业跟不上进度。由于班里的人数众多，她只能在有限的时间里给予学生最大的帮助。后来她又转入中学教师，遇到许多的孩子因为面对课业落差，没有自信。虽然有的学生很聪明，但始终因为学业跟不上进度，家庭又有问题而放弃了学习，甚至开始衍生许多行为问题如逃学，辍学，参与私会党等等的问题。

        在中学教书时，她发现要改变一个孩子，幼教真的很重要。当下她不顾家人朋友的反对，她执意再去进修Montessori课程。后来，她离开了中学，转入幼教。开始时，家人非常反对，他们希望她从事中学政府老师，因为是铁饭碗，薪水与待遇也比较优厚可观。

        她非常热爱幼儿教育，在教育孩子的过程中，更让她觉得有生命力，可以让孩子从无知到有知，从调皮捣蛋到有礼貌规矩的孩子，从没有自信到能够独立自主，她觉得从中获得的使命感与成就感，这是其他领域无法让她感受到的。

        威思敏幼儿园成立于2008年。当年仅有9位学生，虽然只有9位学生，但园长还是坚持给孩子优良的课程品质，每晚熬夜努力的编辑自己的课业本。

        园长侯雪萍原本想在同年的10月份通知家长在来临的2009即将结业，好让家长们可以开始为孩子找寻新校，但皇天不负苦心人，经过漫长九个月辛勤的努力后，十月份突然迎来了28位学生，因此才有了今天的威思敏幼儿园。园长侯雪萍深信“天道酬勤，地道酬善，人到酬诚”，你只要真诚为孩子们付出，上天就自有安排。

        侯雪萍园长具有20多年的教学经验。我们采用蒙特梭利教学法，主要语言环境为英语。我们注重孩子的品行修养，关心孩子是否快乐地学习，因为我们深信快乐才是孩子学习最好的动力。无论在华小、新加坡小学、私立学校或国际学校、补习中心和家长们都对我们的毕业生赞赏有佳，那是因为毕业生的成绩优秀、品行端正、表现杰出。

        为了确保每一位孩子都有同样的教育品质，我们采用了特别的管理模式。园长 Apple Hau 和 CEO 何专豪先生的主要职责是要确定每一家分行的教育品质都一样。因此，他们两位每天会不定时的出现在其他分行，巡视有关分行的教学与管理状况。

        除此之外，我们还有副园长的制度。每一家分行的副园长都有着非常丰富的经验。无论是园长或副园长都尽量避免亲自教书，因为我们的目标只有一个，就是再三确认每一位老师的教学方式都符合Wisely的教育理念。
